The 15 Stamford at The Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore has announced its two exclusive offerings this month.
Guests will get to enjoy The Macallan Whisky Dinner at the 15 Stamford by Alvin Leung which was helmed by the eponymous Michelin-starred chef. While, The Bar at 15 Stamford will relaunch its Saturday Liquid Brunch.

The Liquid Brunch
The Liquid Brunch will make its return as a weekly offering starting from Saturday, 25th February 2023, from 12 pm to 3 pm.
Take a sip and unwind with a free flow of specialty cocktails, including the Jungle Bird, which is concocted with Bacardi Cuatro 4-year, pineapple juice, citrus, and bitter liqueur. The Papi’s Punch is exquisitely crafted with Bacardi Ocho 8-Year, white wine, citrus, and sugar. While the refreshing Garden of Goose comprises Grey Goose vodka, green guava juice, and basil citrus. Other classic tipples offered are the Espresso Martini, Negroni, and New York Sour.
The Bar at 15 Stamford also offers a delectable selection of dishes of tender meats, flavoursome seafood, cheeses and charcuterie from 15 Stamford by Alvin Leung. Guests can tantalise their taste buds with gastronomic feast of Poached Maine Lobster and Grey Goose Vodka Salt Cured King Salmon, Pasture-fed Rack of Lamb and Black Angus Rib Eye which are serve with alcohol-infused condiments such as Scotch Whisky Beef Jus and Bombay Gin Hollandaise.

The Macallan Whisky Dinner
The Macallan Whisky Dinner at 15 Stamford by Alvin Leung is an exclusive one-day experience that will take guests on a gastronomic journey.
The groundbreaking dishes will be paired with three selected whiskies during this five-course dinner, including The Macallan Double Cask 12 Years Old, Double Cask 15 Years Old, and Double Cask 18 Years Old.
The Macallan’s Brand Ambassador, Mark Tay, will guide guests through the pairing dinner and various flavours of these whiskies.A lineup of lip-smacking starters will accompany the Macallan whiskies, such as Botan Ebi “Ice Brick” with scampi roe, whisky, coconut, and lemongrass foam. Then, it was followed by the Norwegian King Scallop, which was served with toothfish brandade, sea urchin, and crustacean whisky foam.
For the main course, guests will get to savour a duo of lamb with spiced carrot, apricot, black garlic crones, and Grand Marnier jus. After a Wagyu Beef Short Rib dish, a Key Lime Curd topped with lemongrass ice cream is served to end the dinner on a sweet note.
