Ice cream perfect for our hot and humid weather

When it comes to sweets in Singapore, our taste buds should be grateful that there are so many options. Ice cream has to be one of our favourites, especially considering our humid and hot atmosphere. So when you’re on the hunt for chilling desserts, we at Glitz can only think of one thing: Apiary Ice Cream.

About Apiary Ice Cream

Apiary, pronounced “eh-pee-er-ee,” is a site where beehives are kept, honey is preserved, and where you may physically satiate your sweet desires. Apiary is known for its quality, natural, and fresh selection of goods, which are pasteurised on-site in the café’s little kitchen. The brand is able to make a range of smooth, creamy, and rich ice cream and sorbets by avoiding the use of artificial flavours and colours.

When you go into an ice cream shop, the first thing that strikes you is the enormous variety of colourful ice cream on offer, and Apiary is no exception. Just by looking at the flavour names, you can tell that these ice cream flavours aren’t your typical ice cream shop.

At Apiary in Singapore, Travis Goh, a passionate bean-to-bar chocolatier and ice cream maker, creates some of the greatest ice cream flavours we’ve ever tasted. Perfect scoops of pure ingredients with natural tastes. If you’re planning a special occasion, such as a wedding, a birthday party, or a roadshow, the ice cream café can supply ice cream carts with on-demand scooping to wow your visitors.

What’s On The Menu At Apiary Ice Cream?

Lavender, coconut, blue milk (butterfly pea), black sesame, and caramelised strawberry are some of their most popular flavours. The ice cream flavours available vary on a regular basis, with prior favourites including Sicilian Pistachio, Caramelised Strawberry, Cookies & Cream, Bailey’s & Brownie, and Bounty.

White walls, wooded elements, and natural lighting are featured in this Kinfolk-style apartment. Ice Cream ($3.80 single/ $7.20 double/ $10 triple), Waffles ($4.50 plain/ $5.50 charcoal), Tarts ($6), Coffee and Tea are all on the menu right now. The Apiary Blend, which included Brazil Fazenda Rodomunho, Naturals, and El Salvador and had a nutty, chocolaty tone with a touch of honey, was used to make the coffee, which was in keeping with the word “Apiary.”
