As important as Wall Street, Barood displays its spirit collection of over 200 labels against “The Wall”. The collection focuses on mezcals, tequilas and single malts dressed to impress. Furthermore, guests are greeted by Barood’s generous display of a crimson bar upon stepping in. For sake and wine fans, there will also be a playful variety up for grabs. Including, Coravin pours by the glass.

The Food

Certainly, you can’t miss out on the mouth-watering menu of a Latin-Indian Izakaya at Barood. The team of chefs is headed by Saurabh Udinia, who delivers a remarkable selection of spiced tapas. Bless your palate with crispy Mini Duck Rice Cakes or the Goat Biryani Arancini. For a sweet and spicy treat, try the Hot Chicken Balls drenched in spicy Manchurian sauce. Additionally, Barood caters to the vegetarian crowd as well with Spiced Chickpea Tacos, Paneer Paratini and Veggie Poriyal Pancakes
