Spice up your mom’s special day by treating her to an exquisite Asian culinary experience at Hotel Telegraph this Mother’s Day.

Curated by their Executive Chef William Lim, these course menus feature a delectable selection of five and six-course menus that showcase the finest of Singaporean and Asian cuisine .

The five-course menu at Hotel Telegraph

During the five-course menu, visitors will get to savour an array of tantalising dishes, including Baked Coffee Spare Rib, Pan Fried Barramundi Fillet with Laksa Cream, and Longevity Noodle with Black Pepper River Prawn.

The six-course menu at Hotel Telegraph

The six-course menu includes a variety of Braised Pork Knuckle with Mushroom and Broccoli, Baked Saikyo Miso Gindara Fillet and  ½ Boston Lobster with Chili Crab Sauce.  A Chilled Cream of Avocado with Coconut Gelato & Spicy Rice Cracker will be served to end your dining experience on a sweet note. 

These exclusive Mother’s Day menus at Hotel Telegraph are priced at $68++ and $88++ per person, respectively (minimum two persons).

Reservations can be made at this link. The menus are available from 8th to 12th May for dinner, 6pm – 10pm, and 13th & 14th May for lunch and dinner, 11:30am – 3pm and 6pm – 10pm.
