Cocktail enthusiasts rejoice! Because nightlife businesses are allowed to operate again, following authorities’ announcements. Thus, more new bars are popping up all over Singapore, offering different unique cocktails that suit a variety of tastes. From the classic gin and tonic to vegan concoctions, you can find almost anything at these new bars. So, if you’re planning a night out with your friends this coming Friday, we suggest you try these new hot spots!
1. Mallow
You may know the 50Fifty pocket bar – but did you know it is now rebranded into Mallow? That’s right! Mallow is Singapore’s newest plant-based bar, offering a wide variety of cocktails and beautiful dishes. The bar is helmed by Sasha Wijidessa, whom you may know from Operation Dagger. At Mallow, she serves up a plethora of unique cocktails that take inspiration from her daily life; from songs to ingredients she works with every day. But that’s not all, as you can also try the gorgeous plates of plant-based dishes through the degustation menu.

2. Sugarhall
Sugarhall is reopening its doors after a four-year hiatus, much to the delight of its loyal bars patrons. This new bar in Singapore is getting a rum-centric makeover, so if you’re a lover of rum, this is perfect for you. You can order from the menu if you don’t want to sift through more than 100 different varieties of rums and spirits. But we highly recommend the daiquiri, featuring rum, lime, and sugar. Despite the simplistic ingredients, the flavours are over the top, which we greatly appreciate.
