In conjunction with the National Day celebration, UNIQLO Singapore has collaborated with a local content publisher SGAG to launch Eat This Way Then Shiok. The collection features eight comic-strip designs that showcase Singaporeans’ unique food preferences.

The Eat This Way Then Shiok collection illustrated SGAG’s influential icon, Xiao Ming trying out several unconventional food pairings, like eating prata with sugar and drinking bubble tea without the pearls.

According to Joyce Tan, Marketing Director of UNIQLO Singapore, “This National Day, UNIQLO commemorates passions and pastimes that every Singaporean can relate to. Our partnership with SGAG has added a touch of local humour to our well-loved UTs, and we welcome Singaporeans to celebrate the local pride through these designs. This collaboration is a continuation of our efforts to encourage local creatives to leverage our apparel as the canvas of their self-expression.”

You can now wear your heart on your sleeve and show off your unique food preferences with the SGAG and UNIQLO’s Eat This Way Then Shiok Collection. Simply head to the  UTme! T-shirt customisation service at UNIQLO Orchard Central Global Flagship store from 29th July 2022 onwards.

What’s more, UNIQLO will also host an AIRism Hockey competition at the UNIQLO Suntec City store for local fans. Selected players will duel in pairs for a chance to win AIRism prizes worth $400. The final round of the competition will be held on 6th August 2022 from 1 pm to 4.30 pm.
