CASIO has teased its latest collection of G-SHOCK shock-resistant watches for Spring/Summer 2024, featuring its global ambassador, ITZY.
In the promotional teaser, the popular K-pop girl group was seen donning the new range of G-SHOCK watches and showcasing the immaculate metallic dials of the pieces.
Ryujin and Chaeryeong, who sported the GMA-P2100SG-1A and GMA-P2100SG-4A model respectively, reflecting the breathtaking vista of a beach at sunset. The shimmering summer sun setting over the sea is depicted through mist deposition, creating a colour gradient on the dial.
Designed based on the GMA-P2100, these pieces feature modified band lengths to accommodate slimmer wrists for a comfortable fit. Both buckle and side button are exquisitely crafted with stainless steel, exuding its minimalist yet sophisticated features. While the bezel and band are constructed of bio-based resin, a material derived from renewable organic resources that is believed to lessen environmental effects.
Both Yuna and Yeji wore the GMA-S120VA-7A and GMA-S140VA-7A which are compact variants of the renowned analog-digital combination timepieces, GMA-S120 and GMA-S140. Featuring white hue, the dials and hour markers are accentuated with silver vapour deposition, endearing an elegant look, which complements silver accessories.
