Gentle Monster and D’heygere have unveiled a showstopping collection that skillfully merges eyewear and jewellery, showcasing exquisite craftsmanship.
The exclusive collection features eyewear with temple embellishments such as rings and earrings, reaffirming the frame as a centre piece of jewellery.
The collaborative package takes inspiration from jewellery boxes, offering a fresh interpretation of the distinct brand identities.
The Belgian creative director, Stephanie D’heygere remarks, “The delicately designed products led this collaboration to open a new chapter of eyewear by attempting a unique method of combining frame with jewellery as a structure, not simply attaching it to the frame. It made us take the next step on typical jewellery eyewear.”
Captured by London-based photographer Yis Kid, the promotional campaign presents Gentle Monster and D’heygere in an unconventional wedding theme, adding an extra layer of intrigue to this iconic collaboration.
The full collection and campaign will be released globally on July 6, available at Gentle Monster and D’heygere’s official online and offline stores.
