6. Spring Court 

Spring Court, Singapore’s oldest Chinese restaurant, has been providing Singaporean Chinese cuisine since 1929. While they are not strictly vegetarian, they do offer a Vegetarian Set Menu for S$68 that includes dishes such as Double-boiled Soup with Coconut and Panfried Assorted ‘Bee Hoon.’
