Each turkey, perfect for 10 to 12 guests, comes accompanied by acar, garlic fried rice, and a delectable cream sauce infused with curry leaves.
For those with a sweet tooth, the 1kg Black Forest Log Cake takes centre stage. A traditional German dessert, this cake comprises moist chocolate layers, sweet cherry filling, and creamy whipped cream, making it a crowd-pleaser for all ages.
If you prefer a dessert with a hint of sophistication, consider the newly launched Lychee Ginger Log Cake. Christmas Buffet at Atrium Restaurant: A Culinary Extravaganza
Starting November 20th 2023, the halal-certified Atrium Restaurant will transform into a festive wonderland, offering a Christmas buffet with a culinary journey for the whole family.
Diners can indulge in a lavish spread featuring seafood on ice, creamy parmesan and shrimp risotto, ratatouille, glazed honey chicken ham with cranberry sauce, roasted spring chicken, and a variety of Christmas desserts such as puddings, cookies, and log cakes.
Live stations will showcase local delights, including perennial favourites like oysters, salmon sashimi, cheese & cold cuts, baby rock lobster, beef cheek provencal, barbecued squid, otah, wings, sausage, beef wellington, and roasted turkey on selected dates.
Reservations for the Christmas buffet at Atrium Restaurant can be made starting November 1st 2023.
