Perched atop the Courtyard by Marriott Singapore Novena, Sky22 restaurant offers guests the ultimate communal dining experience this Lunar New Year. It fuses traditional and modern cuisine, presenting a delectable selection of full courses, including the auspicious yusheng salad with smoked salmon. The festive dinner menus are priced at $42++ for a set of two people and $38++ for a set of four.

For those who prefer à la carte options, there’s an eclectic array of menus, such as lotus leaf rice with pork belly, shiitake, and chestnuts; crab bisque with nourishing fish maw; hae zhor with deep-fried crab, prawn, and kaffir lime-chilli dip; osmanthus jelly; chrysanthemum honey cake with pork floss, and other delectable springtime fare.

Lunar New Year dinners will be served on February 8, February 13, February 15, and February 24.

Madame Fan’s Bountiful Blessings

Madame Fan, the Cantonese restaurant nestled within the storied NCO Club at JW Marriott Hotel South Beach, invites patrons on a gastronomic adventure through exquisite dishes crafted by Executive Chinese Chef Pak Chee Yit. Diners can choose between set menus (starting at $108++ per person) or à la carte options, reflecting modern Cantonese cuisine made with premium ingredients. The highlight of the offerings is Madame Fan’s Bountiful Blessings Lobster Yusheng ($238++, serves eight), featuring Australian lobster and homemade ‘Bak Kwa,’ topped with gold flakes.

Experience ‘Dim Sum, Drink Sum,’ an exclusive Lunar New Year edition of brunch that promises a toothsome daytime affair featuring handcrafted dim sum and unlimited specialty cocktails. The extensive menu includes items such as salmon yusheng, steamed black truffle dumplings with wild mushrooms, crab roe har gao, steamed Boston lobster, braised Irish duck with plum sauce, and much more. Prices start from $118++ per person.

Guests can also recreate the sumptuous dining experience at home with various take-home creations, including Prosperity Poon Choi (from $438 nett for five persons), Prosperity Poon Choi Bundle ($698 nett for six persons), and Bountiful Family Set Menu ($1,388 nett for eight people).

Dine-in and take-away options are available until February 25. The Lunar New Year edition of the Dim Sum, Drink Sum Brunch will be served from February 10 to 12, February 17 to 18, and February 24 to 25, 2024.

Orchard Road Moments

Wan Hao, a renowned restaurant housed at Singapore Marriott Tang Plaza, sets the perfect mood for a celebratory venue for family reunions. Featuring authentic Cantonese cuisine, they offer six- and eight-course menus starting at $138.80++ per person. Menu offerings include star sautéed turbot with lily bulb and lotus root, braised lobster with passionfruit custard sauce, and claypot rice with Chinese sausage and cured duck.

For those craving golden ‘Nian Gao’ tarts, premium take-away sets of eight ($35nett) are available, offering various local flavours such as coconut, pandan, and gula melaka. Koi fish desserts, ideal centrepieces for a reunion dinner, come in Nian Gao, mango, and osmanthus-water chestnut flavours, priced at $60nett for a six-person cake.

Other mouthwatering take-out options include Wan Hao Bird’s Nest Eight Treasures Pot (starting from $558nett for five persons), roast Irish duck marinated with black truffle and wild mushrooms ($70nett for half/$138nett for whole), Irish Hampshire BBQ pork char siew ($32nett per portion), and Prosperity Yusheng salad with bayberry or traditional dressing.

The set menus at Wan Hao Chinese and take-away meals are available until February 24.

Happy Days on Sentosa Island

At W Singapore – Sentosa Cove, they are offering the ‘Happy Days!’ room package, which includes daily breakfast for two adults and two children (12 years old and under). Additionally, all-day, all-inclusive meals from the children’s menu (when dining with an adult) at the Kitchen Table or through in-room dining are included.

‘Huat’s Up,’ the resort’s special catering service, makes hosting your guests during the Lunar New Year less stressful. The package, which can be held at any of the resort’s event spaces, includes a six- or eight-course set menu of auspicious Chinese classics (starting from $138.80 per person) with bottomless Fizz and Chinese tea. A complimentary bottle of house wine is also provided for tables of ten.

‘Happy Days’ can be booked through November 30, 2024. ‘Huat’s Up’ is available from January 29 through February 24.

Auspicious Spring Celebrations at The Westin Singapore

The Westin Singapore offers the convenience of a five-star take-away with the ‘Eat Well’ yusheng. Priced at $68++ for six individuals, it is exquisitely crafted with premium ingredients such as Norwegian smoked salmon, salmon roe, honey-roasted walnuts, and blueberries. The ‘Bountiful Harvest,’ a variant of the prosperity salad ($88++, serves six), is served with abalone and tobiko roe. Orders for yusheng can be placed through February 24.

Indulge your taste buds with a fine selection of Lunar New Year staples, including classic favourites like Buddha Jump over the Wall, roasted suckling pig, and more. A variety of buffet packages are available, with prices starting at $68++ for lunch and $128++ for dinner from January 2 to February 24. Two special pricing options are available for the Grand Buffet Reunion dinner on February 9 ($148++) and the Longevity Buffet Dinner on February 10–11 ($98++).
