PS.Cafe has debuted its collection of traditional mooncakes, honouring the mid-autumn celebration.
Available in limited edition Lantern Red and PS. Midnight presentation boxes, these sets come in four mooncakes each, which are available for preorder now.

Crafted with the finest ingredients, these traditional mooncakes showcase PS.Cafe’s signature flavours, which include:
- White truffle mooncake: A premium-quality salted egg yolk is encased in a smooth white truffle paste that has been infused with the signature truffle oil.
- Sticky date mooncake: Inspired by Sticky Date Pudding by PS.Cafe, it features plump honeyed dates and brown sugar mochi mixed in lip-smacking date paste
- Superfood mooncake: A mixture of pine nuts, sunflower seeds, walnuts, melon seeds and almonds along with candied orange peel for a subtle hint of sweetness
- Verandah mooncake: A concocted paste of fresh coconuts and aromatic pandan paste encircled by a premium-grade salted egg yolk
The mooncakes are exquisitely encased in Cantonese-style dough, revealing a golden perfection with a glossy finish. It is super airy and flaky, which contradicts the dense and delicious filling inside. Each of these mooncakes is embellished with intricate designs of motifs that can be seen in PS.Cafe interior.
