1. Six Sigma Gym

There’s nothing quite like throwing punch after punch after a long, hard day, and there’s no better place than to learn how to safely learn the art of Muay Thai than at Six Sigma Gym! One of our favourite women-only gyms in Singapore, Six Sigma is all about supporting a community of women who want to be empowered by the craft and dedication of Muay Thai. Established in 2019 by Natalie Soh, this gym provides female personal training and Muay Thai group classes for women, creating a fun, supportive, and non-judgemental space for those looking to kickstart their fitness journey.

Personal trainings by their coaches are well-balanced, providing you with holistic fitness routine that includes cardio, weight-training, as well as both upper and lower body workouts. 2. MSFIT

With three locations throughout Singapore, it’s no wonder that MSFIT has quickly become one of Singapore’s best women-only gyms. Not only do they offer personal training courses, we love the fact that they also offer a ton of fitness classes that cater to all kinds of workouts and fitness levels, such as HIIT, Mat Pilates, Mobility and Core workouts, and even Yogalates. You can book per session, or you can even sign up for a membership!

The unique thing about MSFIT, however, is that their CBD location is open 24-hours! It’s just 5-7 minutes from three major MRT stations (Raffles Place, Telok Ayer, and Tanjong Pagar), so it’s really easy to get there. Not only is the gym equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, they even have a rooftop pool, changing rooms, shower facilities, lounge area, complimentary coffee and a dressing area for your convenience.

Hailed as the first all-ladies Muay Thai gym in Katong, this is the place to be to make connections while getting your sweat in for the day. The gym was opened by Vivian Chan, who has over 10 years of experience and Muay Thai, as she wanted a place for women to practise this male-dominated sport.

You may know Glowco Move as a modest activewear line, but they actually started off as a fitness centre that’s specifically for women! They offer different kinds of workouts catered to different fitness levels, workout preferences, and you’ll be absolutely spoilt for choice. Options include cardio workouts such as zumba and Piloxing, as well as slower core workouts like yoga, pilates, and stretchwork classes.

All of their classes are super fun and very beginner-friendly, so trust us when we say that this is a safe space for you to kick your way through the first steps of your fitness journey. As it is an all-ladies gym, it’s a totally hijab-friendly space for you to be comfortable in your own skin – or even come to class dressed in Glowco’s own activewear!

Believe us, you’ll have a hell of time learning how to kick butt, here at Van Lee Fitness. Located in Chinatown, Van Lee Fitness is one of the most recognisable women-only gyms in Singapore. The gym was created by Singapore Police Force and Armed Forces’ trainer, Vanessa Lee, who wanted women to feel empowered and strong from the male-dominated sport of Muay Thai.

Although Van Lee Fitness is most commonly known for their Muay Thai programs, the gym also offers Corporate Wellness.
