Dyson has released the full specifications for the Dyson Zone headphones, which will be released in China in January. They will, however, be available in the United States, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, and Singapore in March.
The Dyson Zone headphones, announced earlier this year, deliver a clean, holistic listening experience and on-the-go air purification as essential. After six years of research and development, the headphones deliver up to 50 hours of ultra-low interference, advanced noise cancellation, and genuine, comprehensive audio rendition.
Singapore will be the first in Southeast Asia to debut the Dyson Zone.

The Dyson ZoneTM air-purifying headphones are borne of Dyson’s expertise in airflow, filtration, and motors technologies and deep understanding of indoor and outdoor air quality.
The compressors in each earcup draw air through the dual-layer filters and project two streams of purified air to the wearer’s nose and mouth channelled through the non-contact detachable visor.
The product is also intended to deliver high-fidelity, enveloping audio with incredibly low distortion and a wide frequency range for clarity across the bass, mids, and highs. A second microphone is included in Dyson ZoneTM for phone conversations, voice recording, and voice control.
Audio engineering
The Dyson Zone headphones provide a fully immersive listening experience. Dyson engineers chose a more scientific approach, based on acoustic research and rigorous user testing to validate the final specification targets. Such as:

This modification influences various areas of pleasure and audio quality, such as the design and materials of the removable visor, and much more. For absorption and comfort, the ear cushions are flatter than standard ear cushions, and they are placed to correspond with the ear for maximum comfort.
High-Level Filtration In Real-World Conditions
The filtration filter and air delivery mechanism of the Dyson ZoneTM are specifically built to tackle such tasks. Precision-engineered compressors spinning at up to 9,750 rpm draw air through the dual-layer filters.
The negatively charged electrostatic filter media captures ultrafine particles such as allergens and particles from sources such as brake dust, industrial combustion, and building with 99% effectiveness for particles as low as 0.1 microns.
Sensing, Connectivity & App Development
The Dyson ZoneTM, like Dyson in-home purifiers, gives actionable, intelligible information about the user’s environment at their fingertips to inform healthier habits. An integrated sensor analyses the air for NO2 levels, which are tracked in real-time via the MyDysonTM app, coupled with real-time environmental noise levels.
The app may be used to operate the Dyson ZoneTM, change the airflow speed and noise-cancellation mode, and customise the audio equalisation, with three options: Dyson EQ (improved), Bass Boost (bassy), and Neutral (flatter response curve).
You can enable the loudness limit in the app based on aural health recommendations. The app development and integration project was vital to maintaining a seamless connection experience and providing intelligent, effective air and noise pollution tracking features.
